Enrollment Policy

You must pre-enroll your child before the first day of attendance. To pre-enroll the following forms and fees are required by 2 New Heights:

· Parent/ Guardian Information

· Current Child Health Certificate

· Current Child Dental Certificate

· Registration Record for Child Receiving Care Away From Home

· Emergency Medical Treatment Form

· Neighborhood Walk Permission Slip

· Pay non-refundable registration fee and a tuition deposit which is equivalent
to one week of tuition.

We are unable to register children without the completion of the above forms and fees.
